  • At CHEK Concepts we believe in our D-S-C process. Where quality drives design-sustainability-craft. We aim to make a positive impact by opening the hearts and minds of the community. We see that the world we live in overconsumes cheap items that have no value which are then easily thrown away with no mindful consideration to our habitat. This type of society cares little for the footprints it leaves behind and it has to change.

    Every single item we design and craft is cared for by our founder or with larger projects a collaboration is made with passionate craftspeople who share the same principles, where quality is the driving force. Whether it's one of our series or a specially commissioned item, all items get the same love and care through every stage of the process. From the moment we connect with our customers to the moment we leave your furniture to you and further into the future for maintenance and the longevity of your furniture.

    We are so excited and confident in our creations that we want to share a guarantee that you can equally be excited over. If by the off chance you might ever need it.

    We offer a lifetime guarantee on Lexare Ramos's designs, ordered directly from us (online or over the phone) and limited to domestic users only. This guarantee will apply to all orders placed on or after 1st January 2025 (orders not ordered directly through us and a second party are covered by our standard 2-year warranty).

    If you find a problem with your Lexare Ramos product please try a few simple checks yourself first (eg changing the light bulb, tightening screws, reading our care guides, etc) and if the issue persists, please follow our easy 3-step process:

    Our 3-step process to getting your product back to its best…

    1) Self-repair: Contact our helpful Customer Service team - at chekconcepts.com - and if it’s a simple repair we will send you what you need to get your piece working again. We will supply step-by-step instructions and can be on hand to talk you through it.

    2) Lex Ramos Repair: If your piece needs a closer look, we’ll try to repair your product using a local craftsperson or at our workshop base in Stockholm Sweden.

    3) Replace and re-use: If, on the rare occasion we can’t repair your Lexare Ramos design, we will replace it and promise to re-use or responsibly recycle the original piece.
